How often can I resize my ring?
You can request one resize or replacement every 6 months, for the lifetime of your ring.
Will my resized ring be engraved again?
Yes, engraving is available for resized or remade rings. A small fee applies.
Do I get a prepaid return label?
Yes. Once your resize order is placed, we’ll email you a return shipping label to send back the original ring.
Can engraved or custom rings be resized?
Yes, most can. Custom materials or engravings may include additional fees. We’ll walk you through everything.
What if my ring costs more than $500?
You’ll just pay the price difference to remake the ring.
How long does the resize process take?
Most resizes take 3–4 weeks from when we receive your ring. Rush production options are available at checkout.
