You start by sharing your story, idea, or the materials you want to include in your ring. From there, we help shape the design direction, confirm the details with you, and then craft the ring once everything is approved.

Most custom rings do not need a rendering, but if you would like to see a visual concept before moving forward, you can request a rendering here.
You can send meaningful materials such as ashes, sand, stone, wood, fabric, flower petals, soil, or other sentimental pieces.
Before sending anything to us, we will review your idea and confirm whether your material can be used in the ring. Once approved, we will give you instructions on how to safely package and send it to us.
Yes. In many cases, we can use heirloom gold in your custom ring. This is usually recommended for sentimental reasons rather than cost savings.
Sending gold does not normally reduce the price of the ring. In most cases, it can increase the cost because a casting fee is required to melt, prepare, and reuse the gold properly.
If the gold has personal meaning, we can review the type, purity, amount, and condition of the material, then let you know the best way to include it in the design. Contact us here.
Custom rings typically take around 8 weeks to complete once the design details are confirmed and any customer-supplied materials have been received.
If you need your ring sooner, we offer an expedite production which can reduce the timeline to around 2 weeks. Timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the design, the materials being used, and whether any special sourcing or casting is required.
