Yes. We can resize most rings up to two sizes larger. For more significant adjustments, the ring will need to be remade. That’s where our Lifetime Replacement comes in.

You can request a resize once every 6 months.

No, we can often make rings outside that range. Please contact us first to confirm material availability. Additional fees may apply for uncommon sizes.

Yes. We cover the cost of the ring (up to $500). You just pay a $29.95 shipping and handling fee for US exchanges. This includes return label for the original ring.

If your ring originally cost more than $500, you’ll simply pay the difference.

One replacement or resize is allowed every 6 months per ring.

REPAIR

We get it, replacing your ring might not always be an option,
especially if it holds sentimental value.

Whether it’s light wear or more noticeable damage, we’ll do our best to restore your ring to its original condition.

Email us with clear photos of your ring and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review the condition and send you a quote and repair options.

For damage beyond repair, we may recommend a full remake. If that’s needed, we’ll walk you through the process.

Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your ring.

Yes. We offer a repolishing service to help restore the ring’s surface finish. Send us photos of your ring so we can confirm what results to expect from the process. Please note that repolishing will not fix deep or structural damage.

Absolutely! Each and every ring that contains delicate materials such as the wood, deer antler, and minerals is protected with a resin that is waterproof. This allows you to wear your ring 24/7 with complete peace of mind.

Our rings are made to be worn every day, but we recommend removing them when:

• Handling tools or heavy equipment

• Lifting weights or working out at the gym

This helps prevent unnecessary wear, impact damage, or scratching.

RETURN

Rings can be returned within 30 days in new and unworn condition.

The return shipping is not covered. The original order shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. A $29.95 processing fee applies to all rings returned. Rings containing gold will be subject to an additional fee of 25% based on the ring's full retail price. Rings must be in unused condition. If the ring shows signs of use, it will be sent back and no refund will be issued.

No problem. If the original packaging is missing, $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover replacement costs.

Once we receive the ring, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
